BOD Meeting 11/10/25

Meeting opens: 7:00pm

Next meeting: Monday 12/8/25 at 7pm

Financials: 19335.82 and 3 outstanding reimbursements. Cash will be deposited after reimbursement to Hayley.

New board members and position discussion: Travis is Glad to keep President, Lisa is glad to stay as Secretary, Hayley said she would like to take over as VP. We will vote on this next meeting.

Media team check in: Have a good new flyer for the Cons that go with the local chapters. Would love to get those for all parks eventually.

After Action ER: What went well: we profited well, good response to VIP, only concern would be a different time of VIP meal. Gifts that were included were loved.  Meal plan was well received and everyone that purchased was happy with.

Lots of positive responses to the site and look forward to using them again.

After Action QuadCon/Metrics: Travis said that things are going well, would love some ideas for metrics for being able to judge success with handing out fliers(how many fliers handed out)

Looks like more Cons in the future, a class about how he dos what he does.

Update on MR: Travis autocrat. One day, get in, get games going, have some food, get going home. Will talk with past crats about what we need.

Indoor space: we have a couple great options coming up. Will keep the COM updated.
