Ingredients

- 1 baguette

- 4 oz. goat cheese

- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil

- 4 oz. prosciutto, sliced

- ¼ cup fig jam

- Fresh basil leaves

Recipe

- Pre-heat oven to 350°

- Slice baguette into ¼ inch thick rounds

- Brush each round with olive oil and bake 5 minutes until just toasted

- Slice each piece of prosciutto into 3-4 smaller slices

- When the bread is done, allow to cool ten minutes or so

-  Spread with goat cheese and then the fig jam

- Roll the pieces of prosciutto and then place on top of the fig jam

- Garnish with a basil leaf and serve
