Baked Parmesan Meatballs

1 lb ground beef
½ c. grated parmesan cheese
¼ c. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients in bowl, and shape into 12 meatballs. Place in foil lined baking pan, and bake 25 minutes or until cooked through.
Meatballs can be served with noodles and sauce or as a main dish with potatoes and vegetables.
If meatballs are frozen, let thaw on flat surface before baking.
