            A resident advised the clerk of defects that are accumulating to the equipment.

           Cllr Elliott visited the site and contacted the contractor

            The ground covering of the toddler area needs replacing, or repairing

6.        Burial Ground

6.1       Mr B Neale has asked to reserve plot G13, which is next to G12 where his son

            Richard Neale is buried. He has enclosed a cheque for £220.

6.2       Deviock Parish Council ask if it would be possible for Deviock residents to be

            buried at the St Germans Burial Ground

7.        Finance

7.1       Cornwall Council invoice for 4 filled grit bins - £903.46. Paid by clerk

7.2       Cornwall Council invoice for Nut Tree printing Sep 2010 – Jan 2011 –

            £572.25. Paid by clerk  

7.3       Barclays Community Account statements 156/7 reconciled to the cash book as

            at 31.3.11 - £34440.10

            Barclays Business Saver Account statement 96 reconciled to the cash book as

            at 31.3.11 - £33730.70.

7.6       The Deviock Parish Clerk asks if St Germans Parish Council would consider

            paying 50% of the cost of the public liability insurance for the Twinning

            Association for the proposed Boules Piste. The total cost is approximately

            £300 per year.

7.7       Polbathic Hall Community Hall asking for funding towards the rebuild of

            Polbathic Hall  

7.8      Clerks expenses for April - £66.46  

7.9       Quercus invoice dated 13.4.11 for strimming Treland Park - £600. Paid by


7.10     Cornish Times Group Invoice for Annual Parish Meeting advert on 15.4.11 –

            purpose agricultural shed roof.

11.1     Emergency Planning and Risk Assessments documents following the Cluster

            Meeting on 31.3.11  

11.2    Cllr Eggleston has forwarded a request from a Bethany resident who offers

            his garden to someone to use as an allotment. Cllr Elliott has passed the

            request to the Gardening Club

11.3     Nut Tree – April edition. Items passed to the Editor for publication have again

            not been printed. The Editor has given assurance that no bias is being shown.
