2. MATTERS ARISING (open action items from previous meetings)

• Grant - Get a license and attribution page link as an XML Comment into these APIs: Rails API. (patch done but not live)
• Mike -  combine Bing Imagery License comments as a succinct list for forwarding to Microsoft legal.
• Mike - Incorporate into foundation landing page http://www.osmfoundation.org/wiki/License/Contributor_Terms_Summary
• Mike - Provide text to Grant re http://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright and friends in Sept 20th minutes. Addition: Pay attention to Poland UMP-pcPL project
• Henk - Japan argath import. Ask if it could go now.?
• Grant - UMP addition to http://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright, implement in Rails code: “More about OSM’s use of UMP data can be found here http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/UMP2OSM_Importing”
• Mike - Make sure responding to German-language decliner mailings on a future agenda so that it gets done.
• Oliver - ask if Ulf Lamping (ulfl) if he would be OK with transferring or marking Osnabruck City Council / Frida import clean so that it can continue being used. (Done. Frida has asked him and he agreed in writing.  Next step is to finish identifying the changesets  - Simon is on this)
• Mike - Posting to Announce mailing list will be done after today’s “Night OF the Living Maps”

Global picture: Monthly history planet dump stats being dumped now but take several days. Simon will then update his stats. [1]. Nodes that will likely not survive the license change are down another 4M from 29.2M to 24.9M, Ways and relations also moving down. [2].

5. Technical Rebuild

We encourage OWG to get in contact with the rebuild group and move towards a test implementation based on Frederik’s WTFE algo running on OSMF hardware.

3. Handing over championship of the license changeover
4. Review of Import Catalog http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/Catalogue *

* Any import that is not fully catalogued here with source and license details cannot be reviewed and should be deleted as soon as possible. We expect ANY import at this stage to be ODbL compatible, anything else is being deliberately blind and possible deliberate sabotage.
