Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 1 minute Wait Time: 5 minutes

6 ounces peppermint candies (approximately 6 candy canes or 15 peppermint candies)

12 ounces white chocolate

Line baking sheet with wax paper, set aside.

Crush candy canes in a food processor. If you don't have a food processor, place candy canes in a freezer zip-top bag, seal, and crush with a rolling pin or meat mallet. Candies should be small to medium sized pieces. Set aside.

Place white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds then remove and stir. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds and stir again. Repeat microwaving/stirring process until all chocolate is melted.

Pour melted chocolate on wax paper lined baking sheet and smooth until even and approximately 1/8-inch thick.

Let bark sit at room temperature until harden, or place in refrigerator for 5 minutes until hard.

Remove and peel away wax paper. Use knife to cut/break bark into pieces.
