Consultant Workshop Kit Release

By purchasing the consultant kit, you have agreed to abide by the consultant release regarding the use and distribution of this workshop design and any instructions and images provided.

This consultant release grants you the following permissions:

You have the right to print and include Instructional Guide to any students paying for the full workshop kit and attending your workshop in person.

You have the right to e-mail Instructional Guide to any students paying in full for the workshop kit and attending your workshop in person.

You have the right to provide printed or e-mailed instructions to any students who missed the event, after student has paid in full and after event has been held.

You have the right to use this guide to create your own workshop with any other paper pack of your choice.

Consultant release restrictions:

You may not remove any portion of the following from the Instructional Guide:

You may not distribute Instructional Guide or any portion of this Consultant Kit to any other consultants, including team members. Consultants must purchase their own consultant kit through Tresa Black in order to receive the release to host this workshop for their customers.

You may not sell or give away instructional guide without the sale of the workshop kit supplies listed on page 1 of the guide. You may not use instructional guide as a giveaway or incentive for purchase.

You may not post or publish any portion of the Instructional Guide online. E-mail is the only acceptable way to send the instructional guide to paying customers.
