Easy Chicken Salad

Roughly chop up pre-cooked chicken, about 2 cups worth.  I often use my food processor and pulse until the chicken is finely chopped. My children like the non-chunky version of chicken salad.

Mix with about 1/4 cup of good mayonnaise.
Chop two ribs of well cleaned celery and add that to the chicken mixture.
2 tsp of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
