FSEHD Course Evaluation Instrument

Instructors: Every section of every FSEHD course must be evaluated at the end of the semester. Do not assign final course grades before conducting course evaluations. Allow at least 15 minutes for students to complete the evaluation. Leave the room whstudents work on it, and ask a volunteer to deliver sheets to the appropriate department secretary.

For Section I. Assessment of Course, please provide students access to the 5 primary objectives of the course. Consider referring to the syllabus, providing a handout with the 5 listed, or project in the classroom during course evaluations.

Students: Please help us improve our programs by providing honest, objective, and detailed feedback. Your input is used to improve curriculum, pedagogy, and for annual evaluation of instructors. Your feedback will not be shared with instructors until all grades are submitted. Every effort will be made to keep your feedback confidential.
