Stuffed Chicken Drumsticks

12 chicken drumsticks or wings
4 ounces mozzarella or pepper jack cheese, cut into cubes
1 package shake and bake
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut a slit into the meatiest part of each piece. Stuff with cheese cube and pill the meat and skin back over the cheese.
Shake and bake chicken according to package directions. If not using Shake and Bake proceed with coating directions. In a shallow bowl, beat 1 large egg. In another shallow bowl, combine 1 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs with ½ cup grated parmesan cheese and season salt to taste. Working with one piece of chicken at a time, coat with egg, then breadcrumb mixture and placed on a greased baking sheet.
Bake until golden brown.
