Artist

Responsibilities: You are responsible for all of the artwork that goes on the page. These pictures may be hand-drawn and photographed, or taken from the internet. Every picture must have a caption. You may also use pictures/video from your pig dissection to take the art to the next level.

Instructions: As the artist, your first step is to figure out what kinds of pictures you may need. Once you do that you have two options:

  1. Find the pictures on the internet and copy them into the document, with captions. To do this you will need a computer.
  2. If you enjoy drawing, use pictures from the internet and books as a guide so that you can hand draw the pictures you need. You can also hand write the captions. After you do this, you will need to take a picture and upload that picture to your page.

Resources:

Gray’s Anatomy Online - THE anatomy textbook. Hand drawn pictures of the anatomy of the human body done from cadavers in 1902.

Atlas of the Human Body - Great diagrams and Illustrations, as well as explanations of processes. Not every system is here, check if yours is.

InnerBody - This amazing site has all of the systems. Some of them go into great detail. Remember, you don’t need to list every single part, just the very important ones!

Those links are just a start. If you’d like, you can use the internet to find other pictures. Just double check to make sure that all of them are labeled correctly before you use them!
