Intro: Hello class, I’m Mr. Renzo, and today we are going to start our lesson in Kabaddi.

Lesson focus (Items to be covered during this day) : Pre-Assessment  Give brief history of Kabaddi, origin, gameplay etc.

Fitness component (Heart rate, step counts, etc.): heart  rate

Assessment(s): Agility, concentration

Closure: That was great class, Kabaddi is only getting started it’s only going to get better.

Instant Activity (IA) / Warm-up (Name and brief description of the IA, game): Blob Tag, starting with two taggers attached at elbow, as they tag more people, they link elbows like a blob

Intro: Hello class, we are going to continue Kabaddi today, and we are only going to have more fun.

Assessment(s): Loud voices

Closure: I really liked what I saw today, keep up the good work and bring that intensity to next class.

Intro: Okay lets get right down to business and continue with Kabaddi.

Closure: That was really good today class, next time we meet we are going to progress on these same ideas.

Instant Activity (IA) / Warm-up (Name and brief description of the IA, game): Musical Fitness Dots, with music on, students dance around area to music, when music stops, students jog to closest color and perform task

Intro: After last class I feel it is necessary to continue on what we did last time (scaffolding)

Instant Activity (IA) / Warm-up (Name and brief description of the IA, game): Tic-Tac-Toe, 1 Paper with several Tic-Tac-Toe squares that are filled with appropriate warm-up activities for age group and 1 pencil per pair of students

Intro: That was a great job with that game now we are going to introduce flags and opponents into the mix.

Intro: That is one of my favorite games, now today we are going to continue on what we learned last time if you recall.

Closure: That was great today class, next time in class we are going to bring back chanting so I would like you all to practice in your free time.

Intro: Good afternoon class, hope you enjoyed your break but it’s time to get back to Kabaddi.

Intro: Okay, if you recall we are going to continue our Raids.

Closure: Okay, so do you guys understanding what raids are?

Instant Activity (IA) / Warm-up (Name and brief description of the IA, game): Bean bag Freeze Tag, taggers are with noodles, they hit those w.o noodles and they are frozen, to be unfrozen, 5 or so people with beanbags may throw the bag to them to unfreeze them, not at them but to them

Intro: Hello class, I definitely feel like we need to continue our raids, but now we are going to add more people into each raid.

Fitness component (Heart rate, step counts, etc.): Heart Rate, endurance

Assessment(s): Agility, raiding, chanting

Closure: That was great, next class we will add even more raiders.

Instant Activity (IA) / Warm-up (Name and brief description of the IA, game): Turtle Tag, like regular tag, but when tagged, you must get on the ground and turn yourself into a turtle

Intro: Hello everyone, as I said last class we are going to continue our raids, but with more people.

Closure: That was great class, we are getting close to the end where we will be playing real games.

Instant Activity (IA) / Warm-up (Name and brief description of the IA, game): Running Bases, two safe zones with 1 person in each zone, 1 tennis ball thrown between safe zones, everyone else must run back and forth between base to base w.o getting caught

Intro: Okay class, it’s that time, for the next two days we will be playing games.

Closure: That was great today, one of the best games of Kabaddi I’ve seen, definitely.

Instant Activity (IA) / Warm-up (Name and brief description of the IA, game): Onion Jousting, tennis ball and empty tennis ball can needed per student, ball placed on top of can, students try to knock each other’s ball off while keeping theirs on

Intro: Hello, everyone, as I promised we will be playing another game today.
