Part 1: Excel & NCSS Tasks (30 points)

1. Numeric & Attribute Sorting

2. Numeric Measures:

1. Find the mean, median, and mode for two of the numeric measures
2. Find the min/max, range, and standard deviation for two of the numeric measures
3. Create a histogram for two of the numeric measures.

3. Attribute Measures:

1. Complete a frequency table for two of the attribute measures

4. Charts & Graphs

1. Complete a pie chart for one of the Proficiency level measures.
2. Complete a line chart with the mean scale scores that includes both 6th grade and 11th grade means from 2006 and 2007.
3. Create a bar chart with the mean scale scores that includes both the 6th grade and 11th grade means from 2006 and 2007.
4. Complete a pareto chart for one measure.
