Grill Salad with garlic sauce

yield: makes one 2.5 Qt. (2.4l) bowl

Ingredients:

400-450g/1lb broccoli - steamed or cooked

3 tomatoes (300g/10oz) - cut into wedges

3 small cucumbers (250g/8.8oz) - sliced

1 red bell pepper (200g/7oz) - cubed

bunch of radishes (200g/7oz) - sliced

feta cheese (150g/5oz) - cubed

Garlic Sauce:

1 Greek style yogurt (16oz/450g)

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

4-5 garlic cloves - minced

juice of one lemon

salt, black pepper to taste

Directions:

First prepare the sauce. Mix well all ingredients, add some salt and black pepper and put the sauce into a refrigerator for minimum 3-4 hours (or better whole night).

In a bowl mix broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers, pepper, radishes and mix well. Add cubed feta cheese and mix gently.

Place prepared salad onto salads plates and pour over the garlic sauce. Serve.
