6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 slices swiss cheese
1 10 oz can cr of mushroom soup
1 c chicken broth
2 c seasoned dry stuffing mix
¾ stick butter, melted
Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place 6 chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish & cover each piece with a slice of cheese. Set aside. In a bowl stir together the soup & broth until combined. Spoon equal amounts of the soup mixture over each piece of chicken. Sprinkle equal amounts of the stuffing mix & melted spread over each dish.
(If frozen, thaw completely in fridge.) Bake Uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through.
