Group Organizing Tip:

Create  three main long term goals that your group wants to accomplish.  This could be related to membership recruitment, fundraising, human rights victories, or all of the above! Revisit these goals at the beginning of every meeting to track progress,

discuss what has been done, and figure out what the next step is.
