Chocolate S’mores Cookies

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup flour

¼ cup cocoa powder

½ tsp. baking soda

½ tsp. salt

½ cut butter, softened

½ cup brown sugar

⅓ cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup Jet-Puffed Vanilla Mallow Bits

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together graham cracker crumbs, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

Using an electric mixer, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract. Add the flour mixture and stir until combined. Mix in the marshmallow bits.

Roll dough into 1 tsp. sized balls and place on baking sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes. Let cool a few minutes on cookie sheet and transfer to wire rack to cool.
