Reverse Teaching Strand
Something with Sketchup and Plate Tectonics. Probably to replace the clay model project with boundaries....asynchronous grouping? Screen casting for proof of sketchup tutorials?
*Find out if either 1.) SketchUp is already on the netbook image or 2.) If it can be downloaded in the fall...*
Intended outcomes: Students will become comfortable with SketchUp, blogging on blogger, and uploading images. GoogleDocs is already part of my toolbox in class so that isn’t something that I’m adding. I want students to also be comfortable teaching others in the class.
Methodology and Timeline: 1st quarter for the grad class. Rest of the year to maintain the blog and reverse teaching.
