French Bread

Spaghetti Sauce:

1 cup tomato powder

4 quarts of water

dehydrated onions

3 leaves(bay)

100g dehydrated beef

dehydrated celery

1/2 tablespoon oregano

1/2 tablespoon basil

1 tablespoon mixed peppers

dehydrated tomatoes

5 dried whole tomatoes

French Bread:

1 cup water

2 1/2 cups bread flour

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

1 egg yolk

1 tablespoon water

5) Lessons learned (if any)

Everything was good today.

6) Comments/questions for Kim and Jean, the food study investigators

There was no garlic paste for spaghetti sauce. It would have helped

more with the taste.
