- DO NO DIP HEAD FORWARD AT START OF STRETCH
- HOLD THIS DEVELOPMENTAL STRETCH 10 TO 20 SECONDS
- REPEAT ON OTHER SIDE
- FOOT OF STRAIGHT LEG UPRIGHT, ANKLES AND TOES RELAXED
