IndiMail strives to be the best possible Messaging Platform available today. To be able to provide a messaging solution of high quality, IndiMail provides the messaging platform under a dual license model designed to meet the development and distribution needs of both commercial distributors (such as OEMs, ISVs and VARs) and open source projects.
OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), ISVs (Independent Software Vendors), VARs (Value Added Resellers) and other distributors that combine and distribute commercially support or commercially licensed software with IndiMail and do not wish to distribute the source code for the commercially licensed software under version 3 of the GNU General Public License (the "GPL") must enter into a commercial license agreement with IndiMail. You can request the commercial terms and conditions by sending an email to email@example.com.
IndiMail's Enterprise messaging is a leading messaging platform. It comes with full enterprise-class production-level support; documentation; operating systems, and applications; timely resolution of bugs or other errors in the code; and updates and upgrades.
IndiMail’s Commercial License to paid subscribers is similar to how MySQL, Red Hat, and other leading open source companies license their technology. Using IndiMail in open source projects or those wishing to use IndiMail for free under the GPLv3 should download IndiMail Community edition from
