The monthly meeting of Harrington Grove Community Association was held on July 22, 2010 at 7:00 P.M., the President being in the chair.  All Board members were present.

        National Night Out (Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2010 – 7:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M.) was discussed and Board members were asked to arrive at 6:00 P.M. to set up tables and ensure cars were moved from the S&RC parking lot.

        Two homeowners stated they hoped to have a run and bike fundraiser on September 11th.

        They further stated that there would be a ladies’ tea party at the S&RC on Sunday, September 25, 2010 between 4:0 and 6:00 P.M.

        The homeowners suggested that blueberries or raspberries be planted in the dead area of the open field and Snuggs advised she would ask Wakefield Landscaping if that was feasible.

        Snuggs advised that Wakefield Landscaping had submitted a bid of $690.00 to bring in soil and improve the catch basin on the Trail and thereafter Pringle moved

        That the bid be approved as written.

The motion passed after debate.

        Snuggs advised that Wakefield Landscaping had submitted a bid of $1,380.00 to remove the large oak and trim the trees in the common area beside 6208 Eaglesfield and thereafter Hutson moved

        That the bid be approved as written.

The motion passed after debate.

        Hutson requested that articles for the Newsletter be submitted by the middle of August.

        A homeowner requested that the Agenda be posted on the HG Web and Facebook.

        Snuggs was asked to get a bid to do another formal reserve study.

        Thereafter the Board went into Executive Session.\

        The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
