April's Power Flour

I use this blend for anything that calls for flour.  It doesn’t rise as much as white flour, but it is so tasty and super healthy!  If you make a bunch and won’t use it up within a couple of months, store it in the fridge!

In a large container mix:

6 C whole wheat flour

1 C oat flour

1 C brown rice flour

1 C spelt flour

1 C buckwheat flour

1 C barley flour

1 C whatever other flour you want (I don't always make it the same, I just use whatever I have or can get)
