Balsamic Dressing


1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon sugar

2 teaspoons dijon mustard

1/2 lemon, juiced

2 garlic cloves, minced

Extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste


In a medium bowl combine balsamic vinegar, sugar, dijon mustard, lemon juice and minced garlic.  Stir until combined.  Continue to stir while streaming in extra virgin olive oil.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.  

Notes-  To make a Creamy Maple Balsamic Dressing add equal parts plain Greek Yogurt to desired amount of dressing.
