            The insurance is now in place for the Tideford ramp but signage is required.

            The clerk has guidance on wording and will order 2 signs ASAP.

            A letter was sent to the St Germans Recreation Group on 7.12.11.

5.        Playparks

5.1        St Germans

            The ash trees at the rear of 48 Lower Fairfield were not felled as planned on

            12.12.11 as the contractor was busy with emergency works.                        

        

5.2        Tideford

            W H Bond undertook the weeding and the laying of the new bark mulch on

             7.12.11

                

6.        Burial Ground

6.1       E Pascoe & Son application to erect a memorial Tablet in memory of J H

            Lobb at Plot I2. (£35 cheque enclosed – see 7.15)  

6.2      Cllr Elliott met with Tim Randles from Cornwall Council to look at the

            visibility at the burial ground        

7.        Finance

7.1      Quercus – play park oak tree, leaves, cut a view area etc - £530

7.2       Burial Ground Fee of £30 paid by E Pascoe & Son for the Memorial Tablet at

            plot CR20 for Mr V J Weale (see 6.8 of the minutes of the November meeting)

7.3       Burial Ground Fee of £35 paid by HG Stacey Ltd for a Memorial Tablet at

            Plot A7 for Mr J P Stephens (see 6.3 of the minutes of the November meeting)

7.4       Cornwall Council Community Chest grant of £500 towards the cost of the

            Xtravert ramps

7.5       Cornwall  Mole catcher invoice - £35. (see 6.7 of the minutes of the November

            meeting)

7.6       RBL hall hire @ £12 per meeting paid for October, December and February –

10.        Planning Correspondence and Reports

10.1     Little Cutcrew - the applicant, Tess Patterson has advised that Cornwall

           Council are now set to recommend refusal of the application even though they

            had been told that it would be approved.

10.2     Planning Application PA11/08532 – Old Store House, Church Street, St

           Germans. Ward Members were advised that the Planning Officer had advised

            that they will be recommending refusal – it was decided that no further

            comment was necessary

10.3     Public Access/Consultee Access Website for Planning – the online planning

            system and the Cornwall Council website have been joined so only one

            username and password is needed to access both.

10.4    Cherokee Alpacas – EN10/03189. Cornwall Council advised on 30.11.11 that

            they were awaiting a response from the applicants Agent
