The suspect approached the victim from behind and pushed her.  This caused the victim to drop her bags.  The suspect grabbed bags and fled S/B on Dulaney Valley Rd.

The suspect used the victim’s cell phone then threatened to hurt the victim if she did not give up her vehicle. The victim fled from the vehicle.  The suspect left with the victim’s 2077 Toyota Corolla, black in color, MD tag 6CFE25.

The suspect parked a vehicle in front of the victim’s house.  The suspect entered the house through an unlocked side door in the back yard.  The suspect removed property.

On 09/11/09, Nish Jones, B/F, 01/09/89 was arrested for the carjacking that occurred on 09/10/09 on Dulaney Valley Rd.  The vehicle and suspect were located in Easton Md.

 

Sean Smalls, M/B, 02/14/92 was arrested for an Armed robbery that occurred on 09/06/09on Dalesford Rd.

 

Dominique  Raphael Padarathsingh, B/M, 10/05/09, turned himself in after a warrant was obtained for his arrest for an Armed Robbery that occurred at Fairmount and Winsford Rd. on 08/21/09.
