Black Bean Salsa Dip

From the Kitchen of: Yolanda Caccamo Quackenbush

Ingredients:

* 1 can of Black Beans (Drained)

* 1 can of Black Olives (chopped)

* 1 sweet Onion  (diced)

* 2 large Cloves of Garlic (Minced)

* 1/4 cup of Olive Oil

* 1/4 Cup of Balsamic Vinegar

* 1/2 tsp. of ground Cumin

* 1/4 cup of Feta Cheese

* 1/2 tsp. of salt

* 1/4 cup of Fresh Cilantro (finely chopped)

* Frito Lay Scoops (for dipping)

Procedure:

* Drain Beans

* Chop Olives

* Dice Onion

* Mince Garlic

* Chop Cilantro

* In a medium size bowl, add all ingredients and mix together with a spatula

* Server with Frito Lay Scoops
