Dear Parents,
The 1st quarter will end Friday, November 5 and that means Parent-Teacher conferences are approaching! At the conference we will discuss your student's report card, last year’s CRT results and address any issues or questions that may have come up during the first part of this year.
Conferences will be available Tuesday, November 9th, Wednesday, November 10th or Thursday November 11th. Suggested conference times are listed below but I am flexible and am willing to accommodate anyone needing a time other than these listed. (Even before school, if that is better for you!) I really believe it is so important that we meet.
Please prioritize your preferences 1, 2, or 3 with 1 being your first choice. If these times won’t work, please write in a time that is good for you. I’ll send a note home with your student confirming your conference time with me. If it is too difficult for you to make it to school for a conference next week, I am willing to hold a phone conference. If you request a phone conference, please list your telephone number and a time that you would be available to talk.
Expect conferences to last from 10 - 20 minutes.
