1st PARAGRAPH

STATES THE REASON FOR WRITING:

a) I’m writing with reference to your order number 2315.

b) I’m faxing you to complain about your consignement of glass ornaments.

c) We would like to inform you that some of the ítems received yesterday were damaged.

2nd PARAGRAPH        

EXPLAINS THE PROBLEM:

a) As son as I opened the box, I saw some of the products were missing.

b) The moment I opened the chest, I realized that the labels were changed.

c) When I unpacked the boxes, I found several ítems were broken.

3rd PARAGRAPH

SUGGESTS A SOLUTION:  a/b ) Polite letter.  c) Hostile letter

a) Please let me have a full replacement as soon as possible.

b) I want to know when I can expect the rest of the consignement.

c) If you don’t give me a full compensation I will find another supplier.
