The 2nd most states will be Jill Stein, the Green Party nominee, who will be on in 38 plus DC.

Gary will most likely be on in 48 or 49.  Yesterday late in the day the Oklahoma Supreme Court took jurisdiction of our case but won't hear it until after the election.  Things look good in Pennsylvania but Michigan is tough to predict.

We still don't know about Michigan or Pennsylvania.  The US Supreme Court may make a decision on Gary Johnson later today, but even if there is no relief from that court, the other Gary Johnson might get on; that other case has a hearing Tuesday.

Pennsylvania is likely to have Johnson on.
