iPad® Program
This program is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By participating in the program, you indicate that you have read, understand and accept these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to abide and be bound by them.
1. No purchase necessary. To be eligible to participate a teacher must be at least 18 years of age, a U.S. resident, have a current and valid teacher or educator certificate or credential issued by a state or local board of education or other governmental agency, and must teach at a State accredited school. At Chromatik’s request, proper documentation establishing eligibility must be submitted within two (2) business days.
2. The first 100 teachers to fulfill all requirements under this program will be eligible to receive a free iPad 2 on behalf of their school, which will be distributed within approximately 60 days after the program ends pursuant to the details herein. For clarification, this program is limited to one (1) iPad per qualifying teacher.
3. The program ends on April 5, 2013 at 11:59am PST.
4. To receive an iPad, a teacher must properly sign up at least 100 students at the applicable accredited school onto Chromatik at chromatik.com or download Chromatik’s iPad application on or before the program end date specified above. Registration and sign-up requires, without limitation, a valid working email address. Chromatik reserves the right to verify information provided by each teacher and student. Students who are already signed up to Chromatik will not count toward the 100 student sign-ups necessary for a teacher to receive an iPad.
5. Teachers: Once you have shared Chromatik with at least 100 students who have then signed-up, please email Chromatik at concierge@chromatik.com with the subject line: “iPad Program, Teacher Information” and include the following in the body of the email:
(a) Your full name, email, school, phone, and shipping address
(b) List of students signed up, including their full names and email addresses
Please allow ten business days after such email is received by Chromatik to receive confirmation via email that you have qualified to receive an iPad.
Please note that the email address used by the student when they signup for Chromatik must be the same email address the corresponding teacher provides for in the email detailed above so that Chromatik may verify the sign-ups. Teachers, please make sure that the shipping address is correct, as Chromatik is unable to redirect shipment orders once they are on their way.
6. Once teachers have qualified to receive an iPad, Chromatik will ship one (1) iPad to teachers’ shipping addresses, in accordance with section 5 above. The shipment of the iPad will be ground shipping in the United States via UPS, with a signature required upon delivery to ensure the package was safely delivered to the correct recipient.
By participating in this program, you agree to indemnify, release, discharge and hold harmless Chromatik and its associated entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents (the "Releasees") from any and all liability or any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind directly or indirectly arising from or in connection with:

Participation in this program is strictly voluntary, and the participant assumes all risks associated with such participation and releases and discharges Chromatik from any and all liability associated with any such participation. Chromatik assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players or browsers, whether on account of technical problems, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing. Chromatik reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this program at any time. If Chromatik determines at any time in its sole discretion that a participant has provided any false, deceptive or invalid information, or is otherwise ineligible or in violation of the program rules, Chromatik reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify the participant from the program.
8. The information obtained from registration in the program may be used by Chromatik and its affiliates unless otherwise noted by the entrant. For more details, please see the privacy policy available at www.chromatik.com.
