Jack Daniel’s Glaze





5 garlic, cloves with 1 t olive oil OR 5 cloves roasted garlic

⅔ c water

1 c pineapple juice

¼ c teriyaki sauce

1 T tamari

1 ¼ c brown sugar

3 T lemon juice

3 T onion, minced

1 T Jack Daniel’s whiskey

1 T crushed pineapples

¼ t cayenne

Roast the garlic on medium flame with the olive oil in a pan or roast a head of garlic in the oven and use 5 cloves.

In a medium sauce pot combine all of the ingredients, including the garlic mashed. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 30-40 minutes until the sauce reduces by half. Make sure it doesn’t boil over or burn.
