250ml lukewarm water

500g wheat flour

2 teaspoon salt

1 table spoon sugar

1 table spoon (olive) oil

2-3 pressed clove of garlic

1 pack (7g) of dried yeast

 

Put ingredients in this order into the baking machine.

Disperse the yeast on the top, caution, it should not mix with the liquid ingredients.

Set the baking machine to dough making.

When finished, put the dough on a board, divide it into 12 pieces, form it slightly with hands covered in flour.

Put it aside on baking paper in a pan for 15 minutes.

Groove the top and spread a little milk on it.

Put water in a heat resistant bowl on the lowest grill.

Bake the dough on the middle grill in a preheated, air ventilated oven for 20-25 minutes.
