This is a brief guidelines explaining how to notify corrections on proofs to the iMedPub office. We would like to emphasise that in this stage only mistakes related with the copyediting process can be made, never corrections in contents since your manuscript has undergone final acceptance.

There are 2 ways to mark corrections:

1. On the proof’s pdf file directly, writing comments on site explaining the changes needed clearly.
2. On a separate text file describe corrections:

• Indicate the page and paragraph numbers
• Use the style where it says “xxx” it should say “yyyy” as follows:

If no changes are needed, please, also let us know.
