REAL NAME: Adam Tinkoff
FROM: Fort Myers, Florida
Adam Tinkoff is the Zen Runner, the official organizer of the Mojo Loco. He is one of the original podcasters, having produced new media content for over 5 years, he’s a slow runner, deep thinker and aspiring artist.
MaddyHubba (team captain)
REAL NAME: Maddy Hubbard
FROM: Tavares, Florida
The Captain of Team Mojo Loco is a fellow runner, Marketer, Blogger, Mom, Wife, Sister and Friend to everyone in the running community. Maddy ran with many starts and stops since she was 10 when she was inspired by Alberto Salazar’s win at the New York City Marathon. In the fall of 2005 (after a three year hiatus) she started running again and doesn’t see a stop in her future.
FROM: Birmingham, Michigan
Co-host of the award winning* podcast “Shock of the News” and frequent host of “The Runners Round Table”. As a "back-of-the-pack" runner, Eddie often thinks that he’s so far behind he’s AHEAD! “With patience and determination”, he says “the pace will pick up but I'll enjoy all the sights and experiences along the way!”
*technically not an award, but a hearty applause from their adoring fans.
FROM: Oviedo, Florida
Chris is a 48 year-young woman turned runner who has been on the road for the past eight years and ran her first marathon four years ago. She’s been married for twenty years to her best friend, is a Mom to two incredible girls and manages to “juggle a full-time career in modeling and simulation research with Ph.D studies” along with everyday family stuff and running!
REAL NAME: Samantha Urquhart-Foster
FROM: Atlanta, Georgia
Samantha is a back-of-the-pack runner, who mainly runs for fun. She gets bored easily and changes her hair color quarterly, so don’t be surprised when she appears at the Mojo Loco with a different look. She’s an environmental scientist, numbers freak, and mommy to the most amazing kiddo on the planet. She’s run 3 marathons and countless half-marathons, 10Ks, 5Ks, etc. She prefers running on trails and beaches rather than roads, but unfortunately she lives in the big city. Her most memorable event was the inaugural Blue Ridge marathon in Roanoke, VA in April 2010. It’s a good thing she didn’t realize the marathon involved running up and down TWO MOUNTAINS beforehand, or she would have never registered and would have missed out on the most rewarding accomplishment of her running career.

He has 4 grown sons that he cares for dearly, and a new family, complete with a 10 y/o and 2 y/o set of girls. Norm has been running most of his adult life, but hit a lag about a year or so ago. He became fascinated with running Podcasts, and the Run Net Community, and rededicated his running in the hopes of regaining “consistency”. Fast forward about a year-year and a half, and Norm has completed a half-marathon during the World Wide Festival of Races, this past October. This, from a guy who never would run more than a 5K. Norman is a fellow runner and friend to all in our Running Community.

PODCAST: A Mile with Me
REAL NAME: Stephen Haynes
Our special surprise entry into the 2010 Mojo Loco is Steve Chopper.
Steve is a middle of the pack runner from the south coast of England. He works in the corporate world during the day and enjoys running the beaches and wooded ravines of “England’s Coastal Garden” (Bournemouth, Dorset) whenever he gets the chance. He got the “Chopper” nickname for his aggressive soccer style but is really a pussycat (honest!) He’s interested in sport, history, geography, travel, new media and most of all people - so the Mojo Loco will be ideal for all of these!!
REAL NAME: Steve Walker
FROM: Oxford, Massachusetts.
A middle aged, middle of the pack, slightly asthmatic runner, husband and father. Steve has been on the road for the past twelve years (not counting a six month period on crutches due to an ill-tempered tibia) and podcasting for five. He spends quality time running around the quaint New England town of Oxford, Massachusetts, playing with his two lemon beagle puppies “Indiana and Eva” and performs the role of a “wine aficionado“ (best known for his wine reviews declaring “this stuff is all wicked purpley”). He leads <<le resistance>> against the Robot Overlords, and is a dedicated Boston Red Sox Fan. His son, John Michael enjoys throwing little rocks at him and laughing heartily.
