Fresca Soda


1 ruby red grapefruit, halved

2 tspn agave syrup

seltzer water, as needed


  1. Juice each grapefruit half, making sure to get the pulp, too.  
  2. Pour 3/4 cup of the juice, including the pulp, into a glass and stir in the agave to combine.  
  3. Top with seltzer and serve.
