- Discuss the different shapes of the clouds.
- The teacher will take the children outside to observe clouds.
- Write on the floor North, South, East, and West.
- The teacher will discuss the different types of clouds and how they move.
- the teacher will discuss that the wind determines which way the cloud is going to move.
- The children will tell which way the clouds are moving.
- Have the children observe what shapes of objects are they able to see.
- Have the children answer the following questions: Can you identify any cloud? Can you see animal shapes in the clouds? Why do the clouds change shapes? (the wind blows the clouds through the sky) Do all clouds move? (yes) What kind of clouds do you see? (fair or rainy)

- Have the children tell what they think the fingerplay is about?
- then read the title aloud, and tell to listen carefully ad I read the entire fingerplay.
- The teacher will explain that weather is what the air is like outside.
- Discuss vocabulary words (sunny, cloudy, windy,rainy, and snowy).
- Have each child orally complete the following sentence frame: When the weather is (rainy, snowy, windy, cloudy), I like to_________.
- Encourage the children to tell what the different types of weather feel like and look like, and name some of the activities people do in each.
