Dear Chef Cider, Apple Sandy, Random Background in the Girl,

Long time listener, first time writer.  Big Mac is best male pony, and Rainbow Dash is best female pony, just getting that out there.

Anyway, my roommate thinks I'm obsessed with pony.  Maybe I am, but I want to ask, how much pony is too much?   I have the Mane 6 (and Cheerliee) on my desk (as well as lots of other figures from other shows/video games).  I have 2 MLP posters (as well as others), I have 5 pony shirts, I made all my wallpapers (even at work where I just have cutie mark wallpapers and no one knows what they are) ponies, I'm part of a brony group on Facebook.  I don't think I'm too obsessed, I mean I only watch pony on Saturdays (I love actually getting The Hub).  So, how "obsessed" is too much?

You guys are awesome, keep up the good work.

Good day to you, gentlemen of the "Bronyville Podcast".

I'm going to go ahead and guess that there is a guest too and give a warm welcome to him/her/them as well.

As the subject of this E-mail implied, I am not a Brony. My friend is, however and I am currently using his E-mail address to write to you mainly because I wish to remain anonymous. My friend here has been an avid listener of your show ever since it first started up and was posted on Equestria Daily, he is currently sitting next to me as I write this and he wants me to note that you guys are doing a fantastic job.

Right on to the main topic:

I am not a Brony, but I do not hold any particular grudge against Bronies in general. Sure the R34 pony and other not-so-savory art I've stumbled across in my journey through the internet has not been pleasant to see, but at the end of the day, I've seen the surfaces of enough fandoms to know that this is just the norm for us humans in todays world.

I do not judge Bronies, I do not hate Bronies - you get the point.

I have however, seen the hatred from other non-Bronies across the internet, directed towards the fandom and I have to admit, it seems pretty rough at times. I don't want to lecture neither the Bronies nor the haters, but I've just been wondering if these things ever "get to you". My friend here says he doesn't care for the most part, although he has been left with a sinking feeling in his stomach after a hate-display on a rare occassion, but as I said, he generally doesn't care.

You two fellows on the other hand... As far as I've understood you're definitely a bit more "out there" than your regular Brony, acting more as the face of the Brony community than your average Brony could claim to do. I am sure this must've sparked negative reactions somewhere, somehow - if not with friends and family, then in communities you are or have been involved with?

I am not trying to put you on a pedestal or imply that you do not have thick skin, my friend explained to me how long you've been doing this and after agreeing to listen to your latest episode, I can hear that you're definitely experienced - I am just genuinely wondering if the black pit of online pony-hatred ever causes just a minor reaction with you? I hope my question was understood, I tried to formulate it in a somewhat comprehensible way, English is not my native tongue.

Alright, my friend tells me that I should sign the E-mail off with my favourite Pony, but seeing as I've yet to watch the show I don't have an educated opinion on that matter... The purple one does look kind of cute though, Twilight Sparkle if my months of seeing random image-macros with her name have taught me anything. I particularly enjoyed her Metal Gear Solid get-up. I saw an image of that a few days ago and I'll admit to chuckling a little bit.

And my Brony buddy here tells me that a "Miss Vinyl Scratch" is his favourite. I'm guessing you'll know what he means.

Have a good day!

Top of the morning to you Apple Cider, Chef Chefferson (who may or may

not be present), Random girl in the background, and extinguished Guests,

First the formalities. Today’s episode was probably my favorite episode

of season 2! The animation was slick (as to be expected) and fluttershy was

just great. But, despite all of the awesomeness that was packed into this

episode, by far my favorite was the HULKING pegasus in the back ground! I

cant remember if there was a name for him ever mentioned, but I have been

milling over some for my own amusement and now I’d like to share them with

#1: Arnold Shwarzenclopper

#2: Baron Von Bad-flank

And #3: TINY!

Comment however you like.

Next, onto that fun I talked about. In order to sprout a little creativity,

I have decided to run a content contest over the next few weeks here! This

is the idea:

Between March 23 and April 7 is how long the submissions take place. You

can send in anything from art, to music, to fanfics, to WHATEVER! The only

limitation is that it must be new and original content. No taking a video

off of youtube and claiming it as your own. The same goes for everything

else. But other than that, you have all of the creative liberties you want!

1st place: A 50 dollar pre-paid visa to do with as you please.

2nd place: Any game(s) off of steam up to 30 dollars.

3rd place: Any game(s) off of steam up to 20 dollars.

Everyone else: you get a cookie :D

Submissions are at: (as written)

I hope that the community will get involved and get more of that fantastic

content onto the internet where everypony can get their hands on it!

As always, I wish all of you the best of luck with your futures, and hope to

(maybe) see some of your content in the contest! And at that, bit the a

modest farewell.

Your faithful listener,

Octipops, The Supreme Overlord of the Lollipop Guild

P.S. Rarity is best pony with twilight right behind. (and no that is not a

spelling error for anypony else)

P.S.S. For any questions or concerns about the contest (or anything else you

might need), you can hit me up at (as written

Hello Apple Cider, Chef and the Bronyville crew. My question to you guys is are there any characters that annoy you? I think Spike is that annoying little brother that some of us have experienced. Keep doing what you're doing and I'm a new listener to your podcast and I hope you keep doing this for a long time.

Your friend and fellow brony,

Greetings Chef Cider and Apple Sandy, is that right? Anyway, I'm writing to say just was an awesome podcast you guys do, listening to your antics and banter really makes me laugh. I've got something to share with you, I don't know whether you've already seen this not but this is a set of floppy disk drives playing the smile song.

Hope you enjoy it! I found myself listening to repeatedly just because of how good it is. Anyway like I said you guys are awesome and have an amazing podcast keep up the good work!

Dear Princess Celestia,

Okay, so I may have been just a little silly in this episode? What can I say? I am just as vulnerable to enjoying a good prank as is Pinkie and Dash. Oh - and our lovely guests this week was Hanna and Vicki who are the voice actresses for The Vinyl Scratch Tapes. So we prattle about being all popular by talking! Oh, and then there’s a pretty good episode about Fluttershy as well!
