Children will understand how different and special their family is.  

Children will create a “Book of Special Families.”

-  Activity:  Use Popsicle sticks to create a house and draw their family group inside.  Bind all children’s pages together to create a book of special families.

Children will value belonging to their own families whether they are large or small families.
