Taco Pizza

Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes Makes 2 pizzas (8 slices each)
1 pound ground beef
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
2/3 cup water
½ cup enchilada sauce
½ cup marinara sauce
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
3/4 cup frozen corn, thawed
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 packages pizza dough
Iceberg lettuce, shredded
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown meat in a large skillet. Drain grease from pan. Add taco seasoning and water. Let beef cook in taco seasoning and water for an additional 5 to 8 minutes.
Mix enchilada sauce and marinara sauce in a bowl. Roll out both packages of pizza dough and spread the enchilada/marinara sauce mixture over each pizza.
Top each pizza with the prepared ground beef, tomatoes, corn, and black beans. Cover the toppings with the cheese.
Bake the pizza in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Remove pizza from oven and let cool slightly. Top cooked pizza with shredded lettuce and serve immediately.
