Spinach Artichoke Dip


8 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ cup Sour Cream

¼ cup Mayonnaise

1 cup Spinach, chopped (I used fresh, but I’m sure you could use frozen too)

2 jars of Artichoke Hearts, chopped (not marinated)

1 cup Mozzarella or Italian blend shredded Cheese, plus a little more for the topping



Garlic powder, a dash

Chili powder


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Soften cream cheese in microwave then mix all other ingredients together, to taste. Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle the top with a little more cheese. Bake for about 20-25 minutes and then preheat the broiler and broil until the cheese melts for just a couple of minutes.

Serve with freshly baked bread.
