Restaurant Website

Congratulations! You just opened up a new restaurant! Since the restaurant business is very competitive you have designed to create an amazing looking website in to stand make your place stand out! The website should include all specific details about your establishment. This website will be designed to make the viewers want to make immediate reservations to go to your place!

Project must be done in Pairs
You must first submit a pre-draft of the website to be done in class. The draft will outline your entire website. This must be done as a group and show all pages. Have the person with the neatest writing do this part. If I were you, I would take a look at other local restaurant websites (not chains) to get started. Ask me for examples!
Be creative and unique, design your own banners, backgrounds, etc. Use tables, create forms, menu bars, image maps and all tool learned since this class began.

Font, structure, alignment, and color preferences are up to you
You must use FRAMES
You must have at least 1 form
Minimum of 15 menu offerings with images and full details (tables?).
Minimum of 5 pages to your site, not including home page. 6 TOTAL.
Each person must take an active roll. I will take off individual points for people not participating or fooling around.
This is not a race to be the first one done, it needs to be well thought out, displayed, & presented.
When complete, each team will navigate and present their website as they would during a sales presentation. This will be part of the grade.

What I am looking for: originality, use of all HTML coding learned, use of effects (but not too many), symmetry, correct spelling & grammar, proper presentation.

What you should be doing: persuading the teacher and class to go to your restaurant!

This project will be weighted as 1 formal & 1 project assessment for the 4th marking period.
