Aggrieved by the and orders, M/s Green feels Association have filed appeai

before the than Joint Collector , the appeal petition has been dismissed and set

aside the lower Court order and szune remancied back to the RDO, for issue of

ORC in respect of Sy.No 375 ext. 0-35 gts and 0-34 gts in Favour of B.

Venkatswamy and other or legal heirs of Yadla Narsimha re$pectiveIy.

Accordingly the RDO, has issued ORC in favour of the above person in respect

of above land to an ext. O-35 gts and 0-34 gts in file No. L./2041/()2 , dl. 23-07

02, L/945/04, dt. 30-07-2004, respectively.
