- 1 lb. pasta, cooked according to package directions

- 1 bag of frozen broccoli florets, defrosted

- 1 Tbsp. olive oil

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin

- 6 cloves garlic, minced

- ½ cup parmesan cheese

- salt and pepper to taste

Recipe 4-6 servings

- Cook pasta according to package directions

- Drain pasta, reserving about 1 cup of pasta water

- In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.

- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink in the middle

- Add broccoli at the end

- Toss cooked pasta, about ½ cup pasta water, and cheese into skillet

- If necessary, add more pasta water to loosen sauce

- Season with salt and pepper to taste
