Orange Sweet Potato Pie

3 eggs                                                                   1 tsp cinnamon

2lb sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed            1 tsp vanilla

5 oz milk or yogurt                                                ½ tsp salt

1 c. brown sugar                                                  ½ tsp ground cloves

¼ c. butter, melted                                               ¼ tsp ground allspice

4 tsp grated orange peel                                      1 recipe bottom and top crust

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Pour into prepared crust. Bake 30 minutes. Add top crust and bake 15-20 minutes more.
