CONTRACT AGREEMENT OF SERVICES
I __360ent___________ enter this contract of service terms agreement with full understanding of services being provided and cost! This contract once signed by me and Geneva Relf CEO of MISS NEVA INC. is a legal binding contract. All services are clearly stated below alongside inquire fully for pricing for each indicated service. This contact is a legal binding agreement that indicates which services are being provided! All services that require travel must come with travel expenses alongside accommodations including : hotel, transportation, meals, expense account related work expense. These travel expenses and accommodations are not included in service fee’s but separate, unless negotiated otherwise! Monthly services fee $500.00 initial deposit of $250.00 before starting full services. All deposits go directly to Miss Neva ) undr Account Number: 000000338309195 Chase Bank business will not start until deposit has been confirmed.

Music Talent promotions
Personal writer (subject to change pending assignment)
Client Coordinator per event (travel expenses & Accommodations)
Event coordinator up per event ( fee outside of event cost)
Interviews per written per recorded
In depth behind the scene views $150
Music/Movie Reviews per review
Talent write up's per talent
Party/Concert/Event Reviews per event
Party/Event promoters - $100 per event promotion (including social sites, blogs, # clicks on event being promoted)
Song writer - per song negotiations
Editorial Writer up per article
Entertainment scouts per rating
(checking out the hottest spots for clients)
Photo-shoots assistance/ Video Shoots behind the scene footage - $100- up per shoot & day
Personal Assistance- $250 per day (unless negotiated a set price)
Music Video Assistance/ behind the scene footage - $250 per day (unless negotiated a set price)
Blog Site Creator- $100 - up (pending posting, maintenance, promotions, ect.)
All prices are subject to change with negotiations, all services indicated come with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. All advertisements on MISS NEVA INC. sites come with a fee of $50 for posting and advertising on sites cost $100-150 pending on the size of the ad. All posting come with a maintenance fee divided up by the months! $25 is the starting fee for posting of ads for 1st month including social sites promotion of ad, weekly updates of clicks on site chosen. This is for the 1st month only unless negotiated otherwise. The fee of $100-150 is per month the ad is located on chosen site, and can be removed for lack of payment indicated in the contract! MISS NEVA INC. reserves the right to turn down any ad.
MISS NEVA INC. has the right to terminate any services if terms are not being fulfilled by the signer of this contract. MISS NEVA INC. also reserves the right to issue a new contract if new services are added during original services agreement! Failure to meet financial obligations will result in termination of service being provided! Also there will be a final bill issued upon termination of contract with a set payment time! Fee will accumulate after failure to meet 1st financial obligation after five days of lack of payment will result in a notice of fee charge being added. 2nd failure to pay $10.00 per day your late or until fee reaches $50.00 in which services will be terminated with final bill and notice of lack of obligation and breach of contract. 3rd notice received will be from the court in which court fee’s will be included in the cost already owed!
