Creamy Greek Dressing

Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons (60 ml) olive oil
3 Tablespoons (45 ml) red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon juice
1 teaspoon (0.7g) dried oregano
1 garlic clove, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
¼ cup (60 ml) vegenaise
Combine the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, ¼ teaspoon of salt and fresh ground pepper, in a medium-sized bowl. Using a whisk, whisk the dressing.
Add the vegenaise and whisk again. Taste and adjust for seasoning, adding more salt and pepper, if desired.
