Washington City Community Center Personal Training Services:

1 Hour Private Session:

Limited to two participants of similar age and ability


Complete Fitness Analysis:

Body Fat, Measurements, BMI, Blood Pressure, Aerobic Fitness, and Flexibility Testing. 30 Minutes


Body Fat & Measurements Only:


Private Equipment Orientation:

Personal trainer guided orientation of cardio and strength training equipment. 30 Minutes


Fitness Programming & Planning:

Two-1 hour consultation sessions including fitness analysis and 3 month schedule of fitness programming along with a 1 hour training session.


Athletic Event Programming:

Two - 1 hour consultation sessions including event specific planning and delivery of 3-6 month training program.  Programming available for running, cycling, and multi-sport events.
