Brownie Kebabs

*Note: This recipe is extremely adaptable. Use the brownie recipe of your choice (I used this one), fruits that are in season and taste great with brownies and any other kebab-worthy ingredient you like. I drizzled mine with hot fudge sauce but you could just as easily melt chocolate chips for drizzling, drizzle with caramel sauce - the options are endless!

*Makes 16-20 kebabs (depending on how big you cut the brownies and how many brownie pieces you thread on the skewer)

INGREDIENTS:

9X13-inch pan of Brownies (chilled and cut into 1-inch cubes)

1 pint blueberries, washed

1 pint strawberries, washed and hulled

Large marshmallows

Hot Fudge Sauce for drizzling, if desired

Bamboo/wooden skewers

DIRECTIONS:

Alternate threading brownies, fruit and marshmallows onto wooden skewers. Drizzle with hot fudge sauce, if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
