Birds-Milk Cake
yield: makes one 23 cm/ 9inch cake
Ingredients:
Lady fingers biscuits or vanilla wafers
300 ml/10 fl.oz heavy whipping cream
1 package jello - 170g/6oz
1 package jello to top a cake - 85g/3oz
fruits (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, etc.)
Directions:
Place one layer of biscuits/wafers on the bottom of a 23cm/9inch spring form.
Dissolve the jello (170g/6oz) into 1.5 cups boiling water. Cool completely.
Whisk 300 ml/10 fl. oz heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Still beating gradually add cold jello and mix well until well combined.
Pour over the biscuits layer and smooth the top. Put for a while into the refrigerator to chill.
Dissolve the another jello (85g/3oz) into 2 cups of water (according the instruction on the jello box) and cool completely.
Remove the cake from the refrigerator, sprinkle with your favorite fruits and pour over the cooled jello.
Put back into the refrigerator to chill.
